What data we process

Only the data you send us yourself through the enquiry form or by email: name, email, phone (optional), dates of stay, number of guests and your message.

Why

To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use the data for marketing and do not pass it on, except to the email service provider through which messages are sent.

How long

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 3 years. Data on staying guests is kept for the period required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. A technical cookie is set only when you submit the form (to prevent abuse). Fonts are hosted locally. The Google map loads only after you click it, at which point Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz). Just write or call us.
